Every year, Inbound gathers the HubSpot community and marks the beginning of a new way of interacting with the platform. Changes to its layout, features, capabilities, and more are announced. They are often a combination of large-scale changes with other minor tweaks in certain areas, but every Inbound deserves a recap, and this year wasn’t the exception to the rule.

The Center Piece: Breeze

HubSpot Breeze

You could see it coming since last year: HubSpot wants to give AI a central place within the platform. Not so long ago, you could start leveraging AI to write meta descriptions and add workflow steps and small processes like those.

Despite being useful, those tools might have felt scattered throughout the platform. That’s why HubSpot decided to take them to the next level under Breeze, HubSpot’s new AI tool center.

Breeze mainly consists of two key elements: The first is Copilot, which is present on almost every HubSpot page and can provide assistance based on the content of the page you’re on, provide summaries of contact or company records, and more.

The second key element is Agents. This one is kind of unique because it’s divided into 4 separate tools:     HubSpot Breeze Agent Components

  • Content Agent,
  • Breeze Social Media Agent
  • Customer Agent, and
  • Prospecting Agent.

The Content Agent assists you in creating landing pages, blogs, and other pieces of content designed to capture leads for your business. It considers analytics from your past content to identify what performs better when driving leads to your CRM and makes suggestions based on data.

In addition, the Social Media Agent will generate posts for your social media profiles, determine the best time to publish them and analyze the insights from each post to refine its future suggestions.

Furthermore, the Customer Agent is just what every business wants: a tool capable of handling simple queries from people seeking answers to issues. Like any other agent, the Customer Agent needs training before jumping in to answer questions, but don’t worry; it just takes a few minutes to get it all set up using content from your website, knowledge base, and blogs.

Last but not least, the Prospecting Agent identifies people and businesses that align with your buyer personas and crafts an outreach strategy tailored for each specific prospect. This one also has its own trick: You can either approve these outreach strategies yourself or give it full autonomy to engage with the prospects it selects, allowing you to focus on more important tasks.

What Else is New?

Well, going in-depth through every update announced by HubSpot would take a while. But to sum it up, there were new features announced related to:

  • Object tags: They are now color-coded, streamlining the organization and making everything more visible.
  • Lead Scoring: gain insights on the quality of the scored leads and prioritize those with high quality.
  • Personalized Subscriptions:  customer connections with Personalized Subscriptions. Improve retention with personalized subscriptions based on customer interests and lifecycle stage.
  • Report insights: AI can help you gain a new perspective on the information stored in your reports and deeper insights.
  • Video Remix: Make your videos work harder with Content Remix. Repurpose your existing videos into short clips for different channels or create new videos from scratch with our new HeyGen integration.
  • HubSpot Ai Case studies generator: Use your success stories to generate case studies that turn website visitors into potential customers. Stop writing your case studies. Have our new Breeze Content Agent write them for you. Simply upload transcripts and notes, and then our AI assistant will combine them with notes from the Smart CRM.
  • New time interval property creation: HubSpot now allows you to create properties for time intervals, such as “time since” and “time until.” Leverage that to know how long it has been since you last contacted someone or how many days are left before they receive your new engagement.
