We had only two months before the Marketo license expired, requiring simultaneous work on structure and migration. 

Complex Database Migration
The database included contacts from two merged companies. We used the Marketo Integration App to effectively migrate over 1400 fields and 380K Contacts. 

Data Challenges and Operational Inefficiencies
Kibo Commerce struggled with extensive data management issues across a large database of over 411,000 contacts, outdated lead scoring, and poor data synchronization between platforms, causing inefficiencies and lost opportunities. SR Pro Marketing tackled these data challenges by implementing a streamlined database, eliminating unmarketable contacts, and designing a scoring model focused on high-value prospects.
With improved data management and automated synchronization across Marketo and Salesforce, Kibo gained a real-time, clean data flow that allowed for more targeted, productive marketing efforts. The improvements not only boosted lead quality and productivity but also helped Kibo reduce GDPR risks and make more informed, data-driven business decisions.
